Closely linked to the UNIFE Digitalisation Committee, the Cybersecurity Working Group brings together the association’s member companies with significant cybersecurity expertise.
This Working Group’s main objective is to provide UNIFE members with a forum to discuss and identify opportunities for cybersecurity cooperation within the European rail sector, strengthening its position when compared to competitors and other stakeholders. The Working Group monitors relevant new developments in standardisation and legislation, with members actively collaborating with other stakeholders in the rail sector on European topics, such as and discussing the implementation of EU cyber legislation, and European level cybersecurity initiatives.
