EU funding and financing for rail projects in the 2021-2027 multiannual financial framework

Following the European Commission proposal for the EU budget published on 2 May 2018 and the legislative proposals for spending programmes for the 2021-2027 period, UNIFE with this position paper would like to provide the inputs and insights on how to make the EU support for rail projects across Europe ever more efficient.
