UNIFE Committees are forums for the experts and leaders of the rail field to come together and discuss the future of UNIFE projects and the overall structure of the association. These committees drive innovation and give strategic direction to UNIFE's many diverse activities.

  • Presiding Board

    The UNIFE Presiding Board is the highest UNIFE committee and is accountable for the management of the association. It takes any measure and action required to achieve the objectives and general policies of the association.

    The UNIFE Strategy Committee is the second highest UNIFE body after the Presiding Board. It steers UNIFE activities, provides expertise and advises UNIFE management on strategic and political issues and for the preparation of the Presiding Board decisions.
